A time to be thankful..--Prompt 20

The holidays are always a lot of fun, mostly because we get a chance to get away form school, but also because we get a chance to spend time with our families which is always a lot of fun. This Thanksgiving the first thing i did was sleep, and let tell you it was great! After that i had to work but it was okay because i was just raking leaves with my sister fun stuff, well atleast the part about jumping in the leaves!
Anyways after all that we had to cook becuase we were having a lot of family come over to our house, and because of that I got kicked out of my room, but thats beside the point. After all the cleaning and cooking it was finally time to eat.Praise the Lord, cause you know i was starving okay! Oh and let me tell you the food was BOMB you don't even know...yeah i know you wish you were there just kidding, but for real though. After that i was like full for a day.
All in all the holidays are great and i can't wait for Christmas! peace.

Way back when it used to be that if you wanted to see something far away, that was cool or spectacular you would actually have to travel to that place to see what you wanted to see. Now things have all changed quite a bit, because the majority of people in the world have television so if we want to see something or be informed about what is going on in the world we can just turn our TV and be informed and in lighted. I think that E.B White was right when he said that extraordinary sights have been cheapened by TV. For example when if someone wanted to see the White House they could just go turn on the TV to some travel channel and watch something about the White House.
Today i think people are more scattered in thier interests because TV, and now people aren't interested in the things that used to be extraoedinary and exciting.

Alone Time--Prompt 18

"The worst lonliness is not to be comfortable with oneself." I think that by this Mark Twain meant that the worst type of lonliness is not being alone but it is not being comfortable with your self and how you are. I don't really think that this applies to my own life because i am fine with myself. To me beong alone is fine i just don't like to be alone all the time but i do think that everyone needs to have some alone time atleast once in awhile, so that you can think.

Are you sure its never too late?--Prompt 17

is it really ever to late to go back to school? i don't believe that it is, i think that you can go back anytime no matter what age you are. I think some of the draw backs that older people have when they go back to school are that they already have families and jobs so there are more things that might get in the way of them studying. i think that the education of older adults could improve society because they would be more educated and they could tell all the younger people the benefits of getting your education when you are young and not waisting your time doing other things when you are young. i think that this guy is very ambitious i think that it is very good that he wants to get more education so that he can help other young people in there lives. And yes i think i would do the same thing if i was in his shoes if i wasn't too lazy.

Prompt--16

I think that we all have something that is very dear to our hearts and if it was gone we would be very sad. Something that is very dear to my heart is my family. My family is very important to me because they are the people that I can trust the most and they are always there for me.
When I do something wrong they are there to tell me and to help me with whatever my problem might be. They are always there for me to support me in all my decisions. I know that they are always right beside me to help me get through all my trails.
Since I have been away at boarding school I have realized even more how much I love my family and that I would be so sad if I didn’t have them with me or if I couldn’t call them.
Even though we don’t agree all the time and I don’t always get what I want I still know that my family cares for me because in the long run they are just looking out for my best interest.
All in all my family is very close to my heart and I love them so much and I don’t think I could live without them!

Thank you! Thank you all. I am so glad that you have elected me as your new president! First of all I would like to thank God for bringing me this far in my journey in leading this country secondly I want to thank my parents and my family for all their help and support. I love you all! As i begin my presidency, the first thing that i would like to do is bring up the issue of the poor state of the economy in this dear dear country of mine I think that we as a "United" country need to work together to look at how we spend our money so needlessly and forget about the debts that we owe. If we keep going in the direction that we are in at this moment we could be in great danger and we could go into a state of depression!
Secondly i would like to talk about the education in our beloved country. I believe that we should increase the level of difficulty in our schools so that our children and our children's children will be able to expand their minds and increase in knowledge and skill.
Thirdly i would like to talk about the state of our environment. I think that it is about time that we help clean our environment so that we don't have to breathe in this nasty intoxicated air any longer. The longer we just leave our evvironment the way it is the more we damage our health. We are already in a poor condition as it is.
These three are the issues that are closest to my heart and i think that they might overlap the issues that are closest to the hearts of Americans but thats okay because im not president anyway but if i was you now know what i would do. Thank you very much its been real!
