I think that Arelia is to blame for everything that has happened to her, its nobody's fault but hers, the casinos aren't responsible to stop people from gambling people need to have self control. I don't believe that Arelia has a basis for a lawsuit because everything that happened to her is because of her doing not because of what anyone else has done. She is basically trying to win back money that she lost because of her foolish choices. In this situation i think that even though Arelia did have a problem with gambling it is her problem and her responsiblity to get out of this situation. I don't think that it is the responsiblity of the casino because anybody that goes to casinos is choosing to waist their money in unwise ways. The people that work there want the people to spend money; they don't care if they go broke. I think that if this lady was really drunk or something and causing a disturbance then it would be the responsiblity of the casino to tell her to stop gambling and to get out of the casino, but its a totally different story. The advice that i would give this lady is that she needs to stop gambling for one, because she is addicted and secondly she needs to take responsiblity for her actions, instead of saying that it is someone else's fault for the mess that she is in.
